About the Arts Center

The Arts Center of Cannon County is an award winning community arts center that offers full length plays, musicals, concerts, and art exhibits to Middle Tennessee audiences. As a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation, we rely on the generosity of our local community, and the aid of state programs such as the Tennessee Arts Commission. By partnering with us through a sponsorship, you will be helping to maintain a cherished local tradition.

We have been a part of the Cannon County and surrounding area for almost 40 years, and we are dedicated to providing a place for people to experience the arts in all its many forms. We have two art gallery spaces, a 225 seat theatre, and a craft gift shop with pottery, baskets, soap, paintings, jewelry, and much more, all from local artists. With a full season of plays, musicals, concerts, and art shows, there is truly something for everyone. We serve the residents of 7 counties, all ages, and are focused significantly bringing families and neighbors together. 

At the end of the year, we will have seen almost 40,000 patrons attending shows, 8,000 children and teachers attending our school matinee program, and represented 50 visual artists in gallery shows!
